Meeting and pickup
We will pick up the traveler from their accomodations inside of the pick up zone if it's accessible by car, otherwise, the pick up will be from the nearest point that is accessible by car. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your schedules pick up time. Pick up time starts at 8h00 am to 9h00 am. The exact pick up time will be confirmed the evening before the day of departure.
