Pickup details:

Pickup is available from Narita International Airport (all terminals) and hotels within Tokyo.

For airport arrivals, the driver will wait at the arrival hall holding a name sign (Meet & Greet service).

Please provide your flight number and hotel address when booking.

Drop-off point
This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

After booking, travelers will receive confirmation and contact details.

For airport arrivals, the driver will monitor the flight and wait at the arrival hall with a name sign (Meet & Greet service).

The driver will assist with luggage and escort travelers to the vehicle.

Travelers will then be transferred directly to their hotel or accommodation in Tokyo in a comfortable private vehicle.

For hotel pickups, the driver will meet travelers at the hotel entrance at the scheduled time and transfer them to Narita International Airport.
