Guided by a certified wellness coach in collaboration with a local sauna master at Geumsaemtang, this experience offers a meaningful way to unwind while discovering a more authentic side of the city.

What to expect

A restorative wellness journey through forest, sauna, and sound in Busan -

Meet your host at the entrance of Geumsaemtang and take a short walk together to the forest trail entrance of Geumjeongsan. From there, enjoy a gentle walk through one of Busan’s most peaceful natural areas, taking time to slow down and reconnect with nature. Along the way, experience barefoot earthing on a natural clay path in the forest park. After the forest walk, return to Geumsaemtang for a guided Korean sauna relaxation led by an experienced sauna master, followed by an immersive Tibetan singing bowl sound bath designed to bring deep relaxation and restoration.

Hosted at Geumsaemtang, a traditional Korean female-only bathhouse in Busan, this experience takes place in a warm and authentic sauna setting where local bathhouse culture meets a calm and restorative atmosphere.

(What to Bring)

Please bring comfortable change of clothes for the sauna (such as a T-shirt and shorts, rash guard, or swimsuit, along with undergarments), personal toiletries and shower items, a water bottle for hydration, and comfortable shoes suitable for walking.
