The Sinh Tour Office: Guests may meet us at 216 Hang Bong Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi at 07:45 AM.
Guests staying outside Hanoi Old Quarter: Please come to 160 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi between 08:00 AM and 08:15 AM.
Please be ready at the designated pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
If your hotel is located in a restricted or inaccessible area for the bus, we will arrange the nearest convenient meeting point and inform you in advance.
Important: Please provide your hotel name and full address when booking so we can arrange your pickup correctly.
