What to expect

Travelers will explore Addis Ababa with a professional local tour operator and discover the city’s history, culture, everyday life, and creative traditions. The experience includes visits to selected city highlights, local neighborhoods and markets, with opportunities to meet local people and learn about Ethiopian traditions. Travelers will also experience a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony and visit a local pottery or craft workshop to see how handmade pottery is created. There will be time for photography, cultural interaction, and shopping for locally made crafts. The itinerary can be adapted to the travelers’ interests and pace.
