What to expect
Continue with a visit to the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano aging cellar. Discover the production processes, from grape cultivation to aging and bottling.
Enjoy a tasting of 3 wines, choosing from the intriguing white Calamus, made with Malvasia, Riesling, Traminer, and Petit Manseng grapes, the fresh and fruity Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, and the traditional Vino Nobile di Montepulciano in its three variants : the classic vintage, the historic reserve, and the "Casina di Doro" cru, pure Sangiovese.
Complete the tasting with the Filippone, a red IGT made with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, and the Muffato, a late harvest wine made with grapes gradually affected by the "Noble Rot."
Pair your wine tasting with taralli, crackers, and bruschetta with organic extra virgin olive oil.
