Cruise Port Pickup Instructions
Pickup is available directly at Tangier City Cruise Port Terminal. After leaving the cruise ship, please proceed to the terminal exit. Our driver will be waiting near the cruise terminal with a TRUSTSTARTRAVEL sign displaying your name.
Please provide your cruise ship name and scheduled arrival time when booking.
We recommend keeping your phone available and providing a WhatsApp number so our driver can contact you if needed.
Your driver will monitor the ship’s arrival time and will be ready when passengers are allowed to disembark. Please do not leave the port before meeting your driver.
Important: The pickup point is at Tangier City Cruise Port, not Tanger Med Ferry Port.

What to expect
After your ship arrives at Tangier City Cruise Port, your driver will meet you at the terminal exit and escort you to your private, air-conditioned vehicle.
Travel first to Cap Spartel, one of northern Morocco’s most spectacular viewpoints, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean. Continue to the famous Caves of Hercules, where you can enjoy time for photos and independent exploration.
You will then return to Tangier and have free time to walk through the historic Medina and Kasbah at your own pace.
At the end of the experience, your driver will take you directly back to Tangier City Cruise Port, with the schedule planned around your cruise departure.
This private shore excursion is ideal for cruise passengers who want comfortable transportation, scenic stops and free time to experience Tangier without the stress of arranging transportation themselves.
No guide is included. A local guide can be arranged optionally and paid directly on site.
