  Pick up is available from any location within the Muscat area. Please be ready at your hotel lobby or agreed meeting point 10 minutes before pickup time. Our driver will contact you in advance if needed. The tour includes a visit to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, one of Oman’s most important landmarks. Opening hours: Saturday to Thursday, generally 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM for visitors (closed to non-Muslims on Fridays during prayer times). Dress code is strictly modest: • Women must cover arms, legs, and hair (headscarf required) • Men must wear long trousers and avoid sleeveless shirts • No tight or transparent clothing allowed

  Amouage Manufacture And Visitor's Centre

  After the mosque visit, continue your journey with a 20-minute stop at the famous Amouage Perfumes factory, where you will learn about Oman’s luxury perfume heritage and production process. Then continue the rest of your Muscat city tour as per itinerary.

  After visiting the Amouage Perfumes Factory, the tour continues to the lively Mawaleh Fruits and Vegetable Market, one of the most popular local markets in Muscat. Here you can experience the authentic daily life of locals, explore fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables, dates, and spices, and enjoy a refreshing fresh coconut drink from the local vendors. It is a great stop to see Oman’s traditional market culture, take photos, and try natural local flavors before continuing the journey to the next attractions.

  After visiting the Mawaleh Fruits and Vegetable Market, we will continue the journey to the traditional Fanja area. Here you will explore Fanja Souq, a small but authentic local market where you can experience Omani village life and shop for fresh seasonal fruits, local products, and simple souvenirs. The stop also offers a glimpse of the old trading culture of the region, where locals still gather for daily needs and traditional exchanges. It’s a great place for photos, cultural interaction, and a short relaxing break before continuing to the scenic views of Fanja and the next part of your tour.

  After visiting Fanja Souq, enjoy a short scenic stop at Wadi Fanja, where you can take photos of the natural valley and surrounding mountains. Continue to explore Fanja Old Village, a traditional settlement that reflects authentic Omani heritage with its mud-brick houses, narrow pathways, and historic atmosphere. Then proceed to Fanja Viewpoint, where you can enjoy panoramic views over the valley and surrounding date palm plantations—perfect for photos and a peaceful final stop before returning to Muscat.
