Pickup is available from all hotels, residences, and Muscat International Airport within the Muscat area. Please be ready at your hotel lobby or designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

For airport and port pickups, the team will be holding a signboard with your name for easy identification.

Port pickup: Your guide will meet you at the main gate (Gate 1). Please use the shuttle bus to go out from inside the Port.
Airport pickup: Your guide will meet you in the arrival area.
