At Zurich Airport: after you collect your luggage and clear customs,
your driver is waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your
name. We monitor your flight, so a late landing is not a problem -
60 minutes of free waiting time are included after your actual
landing time. At any other address in Zurich: your driver arrives at
the agreed time and waits 15 minutes free of charge. You receive the
driver's name, mobile number and vehicle details the evening before
travel. Wengen and Murren are car-free: no vehicle reaches them, so
we take you to Lauterbrunnen station and help you onto the mountain
train or cable car.

Door to door in the Lauterbrunnen valley( Wengen , Muren)We take you to Lauterbrunnen railway station, the handover point for both Wengen and Murren, and help you to the platform. We also drop off at any address in Lauterbrunnen village, at Stechelberg for the Schilthornbahn, and in Wilderswil, Zweilutschinen or Grindelwald on the same route. Just give us the address when you book - no extra charge anywhere in the valley.

What to expect

After booking, travelers receive confirmation with all transfer details. For airport pickups, the driver monitors the flight and meets passengers in the arrivals area with a name sign. The driver assists with luggage and provides a comfortable private transfer through the Swiss Alps.

For Lauterbrunnen: direct drop-off at the selected hotel or accessible address.

For Wengen: the private vehicle transfer ends at Lauterbrunnen, as Wengen is car-free. From Lauterbrunnen, travelers continue by mountain train to Wengen.

For Mürren: as Mürren is car-free, the driver takes travelers to the appropriate accessible connection point. From there, guests continue to Mürren using the local mountain transport connection, such as train and/or cable car depending on the route.

The driver assists with luggage at the vehicle drop-off point and provides clear directions for the onward connection.
