If continuing to Zermatt, your driver will assist with your luggage and show you where to take the train. Trains to Zermatt run approximately every 20 minutes and the journey takes around 12–15 minutes.

What to expect
Before pickup, the driver will contact you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm the meeting details. At stations or other busy locations, the driver can meet you with a name sign and assist with your luggage.
