Meeting and pickup
Zermatt is car-free. Please take the Shuttle Train from Zermatt to Täsch (12 min, every 20 min). Your driver waits for you at the exit of the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch with a name sign and helps you with your luggage and skis. We contact you by WhatsApp or SMS the day before to confirm the pickup time. Please tell us your hotel or address in Lucerne when booking.
What to expect
2. Pickup: Zermatt is car-free. Take the Shuttle Train from Zermatt to Täsch (12 min, every 20 min). Your driver waits for you at the exit of the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch with a name sign and helps you load your luggage and skis.
3. The drive: a direct private transfer through the Swiss Alps to Lucerne, about 3 hours. No stops for other passengers. A short comfort stop is possible on request. Bottled water is on board.
4. Drop-off: your driver takes you directly to the entrance of your hotel, apartment or any address in Lucerne and helps you unload your luggage and skis.
