"Please provide your exact hotel or riad name and address when booking. Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp before pickup to confirm the exact time and location. For pickups from the Marrakech Medina, some riads may require a short walk from the nearest accessible point for vehicles."
After collecting your luggage, proceed to the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal exit, holding a sign with your name. Please keep your phone on in case the driver needs to contact you. If you cannot find your driver, contact us via WhatsApp.
What to expect
Once you complete your booking, you will receive an instant confirmation with your driver's contact details and full pickup instructions.
Before Departure
Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone 24 hours before your transfer to confirm the exact pickup time and location. If you are arriving by flight, please share your flight number so we can track it and adjust pickup time in case of delays.
Pickup
Your driver will arrive at your hotel, riad, or Marrakech Menara Airport at the agreed time, holding a sign with your name. You will be assisted with your luggage and escorted to your private, air-conditioned vehicle.
The Journey
The drive to Essaouira takes approximately 2.5 hours, heading west through Morocco's countryside. Along the way, you will pass through argan tree groves and small Berber villages. A short stop can be arranged upon request for photos or a restroom break.
Arrival & Drop-off
Your driver will take you directly to your hotel or riad in Essaouira. For accommodations located inside the Medina, where vehicle access is limited, drop-off will be at the nearest accessible point, and your driver will assist you with directions or luggage as needed.
