What to expect
The activity begins with the reception of the students and the distribution of all necessary equipment, including a surfboard and a wetsuit suitable for the sea conditions. This is followed by an initial briefing on the beach, where instructors explain safety rules, basic surfing concepts, and essential techniques such as positioning on the board and how to stand up (take-off).
After the land-based explanation, participants enter the water, where they will apply what they have learned, always with close and personalized guidance from the instructors. The lesson is adapted to each participant’s level.
During the session, instructors help with wave selection, technique correction, and progressive improvement, ensuring a safe, fun, and effective experience.
At the end, there is a relaxing moment on the beach, with feedback from the instructors to support future progression.
