The adventure begins in Caniçal, a fishing Villa full of history and connected to the island’s maritime origins. We head to the impressive Miradouro do Cindaste, where the views over the cliffs and the Atlantic Ocean are simply stunning.
The next stop is at the iconic Casas de Santana, famous for its triangular-shaped roofs, one of Madeira’s greatest symbols. Here you can learn a little more about traditional architecture and local culture.
Next we visit the Levada dos Balcões, a short and accessible route that crosses the Laurissilva forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
To finish in great, we climb to Pico do Arieiro, the third highest point in Madeira, located at 1,818 meters altitude. Above the clouds, this is one of the most impressive places on the island
