What to expect

After booking, travelers will receive a confirmation with pickup details and instructions.

On the day of the service, the team will pick you up from your hotel or the designated meeting point in Palenque at 9:00 AM.

Travel comfortably to Tenosique and continue directly to the El Ceibo Border Crossing.

At the border:

Travelers will carry out the exit procedures in Mexican immigration
Then they will continue with the procedures for entry into Guatemalan immigration
The team will coordinate the transfer with Guatemalan transport

After completing the migration process, you will continue your journey to Flores.

The service ends at Yo Amo Petén at approximately 4:00 PM.
