We will be cooking in a very modern kitchen. Will be making three famous Filipino dishes like lumpia, chicken adobo and Pancit. I will introduce them to different Filipino seasoning that we used in these dishes. After everything is cook, we will sit together and savor the dishes. These dishes are easy to prepare and usually serve on special occasions like birthdays and special family gatherings. You will not only learn to cook but also some Filipino culture
Filipino Chicken Adobo
We will be using chicken thighs then mixed it with vinegar , soy sauce, fresh chopped garlic, black pepper or peppercorn and bay leaves then simmer
Pork lumpia
Ground pork with different spices and chopped water chestnut for a crunch is wrapped in thin pastry skin or " lumpia wrapper" then deep fried
Chicken Pancit
This is one of the classic Filipino dishes made by sauteing chicken, celery, carrots, green beans and cabbage and savory seasoning and egg noodles
