First off for the pick if your hotel far from those point we have did on pick up when your guide texted you for the confirmation you can share with him you hotel if it possible will pick up you from Him
Pickup is available from all hotels and riads in Marrakech. If your accommodation is located inside the Medina and not accessible by car, a nearby meeting point will be arranged. Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone the evening before the tour (around 10:00 PM) to confirm the exact pickup time and location. Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable.
