    Guided access will take you safely across the popular low tide crossing. Tune into the ocean breeze, rhythm of the waves, and sounds of native birdsong. Taking your time on the climb up nature's staircase you will be rewarded with views over the Coromandel Peninsula. It is here that your connection to Whangamatā will begin to grow as local guides bring the landscape to life. Traverse carefully into the island interior as we walk a timeline along the eco trail. Stories of survival will inspire the imagination as we take you deeper into the forest. View this world from another perspective; waka landings, secret tunnels, escape routes and hidden springs on an island protected by the tides. You will depart wanting more, but this journey is on Tangaroa's timeline which helps keep us on track. This tour will help restore your energy and that of the island ecosystem with every visit helping kaitiaki (guardians) preserve this icon for future generations.
