Meet people, share experiences, and explore the city from a queer perspective.
It is not just a tour — it’s a social experience designed for travelers who want to connect with others while discovering Mexico City through art, culture, and meaningful conversations.
Fun and community also happen during the day. This experience is a guided walk through the historic center with a queer perspective, including small groups, interactive activities, an art gallery visit, and a social ending where strangers don’t stay strangers for long.
Come for the city, stay for the people
We meet at the Memory and Tolerance Museum, at the main plaza (explanada), next to the large white building. You can identify us by the rainbow umbrella.
The experience ends at an art gallery on República de Cuba street, in the historic center of Mexico City, near Bellas Artes.
We begin outside the Memory and Tolerance Museum, where the experience starts with a meet and greet. Here, travelers will get to know each other through a short icebreaker designed to help everyone feel comfortable and connected. After the introductions, we do a short reflection activity related to identity, community, and the city, setting the tone for a social and cultural experience focused on connection and conversation.
We then walk to Bellas Artes, one of the most iconic cultural landmarks in Mexico City. Here, we talk about the cultural importance of the area and some queer artists and cultural movements that have been part of Mexico City’s history. After the talk, we do a fun group activity related to music and culture to keep the group interacting and getting to know each other.
We continue walking to República de Cuba street, an important area for LGBTQ+ culture and nightlife in Mexico City. Here, travelers will learn about the history of the area, its cultural importance, and how this neighborhood became an important meeting point for the LGBTQ+ community.
