Please wait in your hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Our guide/driver will pick you up and transfer you to the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island, where your Robben Island experience will begin with ferry check-in and departure.
After returning from Robben Island, your guide/driver will continue the journey and head to the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, where you will enjoy a guided visit to Table Mountain.

1Robben Island Museum
Your journey begins with a convenient hotel pickup in Cape Town, where the accredited guide/driver will meet you and transfer you to the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island at the V&A Waterfront. At the gateway, you will board the ferry for a scenic crossing of Table Bay to Robben Island. On arrival, enjoy a guided bus tour of the island, passing key historical landmarks including the Lime Quarry and other significant sites that reflect the island’s history as a place of exile and imprisonment. The tour continues with a visit to the Robben Island Maximum Security Prison, where you will gain deep insight into South Africa’s political history and see Nelson Mandela’s Prison Cell, one of the most powerful symbols of freedom and resilience.

2Table Mountain Aerial Cableway
After returning by ferry to the mainland, your guide/driver will continue the experience by transferring you to the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway. With your pre-booked tickets, you will ascend to the summit of Table Mountain, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Lion’s Head, Robben Island, and the city of Cape Town. After exploring the mountain, you will descend by cable car and enjoy a comfortable transfer back to your accommodation.
