Select your travel date and preferred ticket type and direction (Gatwick to London Victoria or vice versa). After completing payment, you will immediately receive a Viator confirmation voucher via email.
2. Receive Your Official eTicket
Within a few minutes of booking, your official Gatwick Express eTicket will arrive. You must use the Gatwick Express eTicket to board the train. The initial Viator voucher is not valid for entry at the station barriers. If your eTicket does not arrive within an hour of booking, please contact us at Viator customer support.
