Chef Paul Le Noury, with 39 years of living locally in Melbourne, will take you a "fun" tour to the market and buy local produce across all areas of the market. We will then return to the kitchen and cook a hands on variety of dishes! You will be in heaven and as a group work out a stunning menu to cook and of course consume with local wines! A tourist or even a local you will be happy!

What to expect

Chef Paul will greet you at Yes Chef Cooking School, where he will guide you by tram to Queen Victoria Market, a local Melbourne treasure with 150 years of history, fresh local produce and food from around the world. Chef Paul has been shopping at the market for 30 years, and has established a vast knowledge of the best shops and produce. He will guide you through the famous deli hall, the seafood zone, the meat purveyors and the amazing selection of fruit and vegetables. Then you will all travel back to the cooking school where Paul will teach you some amazing recipes utilising the fresh produce.
