Meeting and pickup
Pick-up is included in hotels located in the Punta Cana and Bavarian area. Travelers must wait at the main entrance or at the meeting point indicated by the hotel, at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
The exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day before the activity by WhatsApp or by the contact means provided at the time of booking. If your accommodation does not appear on the pick-up list, we will coordinate a nearby meeting point for your convenience.
