What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pick-up is included from hotels located in the Punta Cana and Bavaro areas. Guests must wait in the lobby or at the main entrance of the hotel, according to the instructions received when confirming the reservation. We recommend being ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The team will contact the passengers to confirm the details of the pick-up and facilitate coordination with the driver.
What to expect
Pick-up coordination: team will contact you to confirm the hotel, the time and exact pick-up point.
Hotel pickup : On the day of the activity, the driver will arrive at the scheduled time. Guests must wait in the lobby or at the main entrance of the hotel, according to the instructions received.
Transfer : Once on board, transfer to the place where the activity will take place will begin. The team will give you any important information during the tour.
Arrival: Upon arrival at the starting point, the driver will indicate where to get off and the team will give you the necessary instructions to start the activity.
Return : At the end of the experience, transportation will be coordinated back to the pickup point or the hotel, depending on the service booked.
