The driver or guide will be identified in a uniform or T-shirt with the company logo.
You will also carry a sign with the client’s name or tour name.
The vehicle will be identified and can be recognized by its color and/or branding of the company.
If you cannot find the guide, the client can contact you by using the contact number provided previously.
Including these details will help travelers easily locate their guide and avoid confusion at pickup.
