Hands On Baking Class by the Sea

Join a hands-on sourdough baking class with a self-taught Italian baker and mother of four! This four-hour experience starts with a quick meet-and-greet before we roll up our sleeves and dive into mixing, kneading, and shaping your dough. Learn fun, educational techniques that make sourdough approachable for all skill levels.

Classes are held on a stunning ocean facing deck in La Jolla, with breathtaking views. In the rare case of strong winds, we’re prepared to move indoors. Each participant leaves with a take-and-bake sourdough loaf, a starter, recipe packet, and tips guide so you can continue baking at home.

This is a family-friendly event, but each participant must have their own paid seat. For safety and cleanliness, no animals are allowed. Depending on the class, a light lunch or dinner may also be provided.
