Please be ready 10–15 minutes before the agreed pickup time. We will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pickup time and location.
Your driver will meet you at your hotel, accommodation, or agreed meeting point. In Tbilisi, we usually pick up travelers directly from their address.
For airport pickups, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.
For Tusheti tours, please note that departure is early in the morning due to road conditions.

Travelers who do not require pickup can meet us at a central location in Tbilisi. The exact meeting point and time will be shared after booking, depending on your location. We will always choose the most convenient meeting point for you.
