What to expect
-After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your pickup time, driver contact, and resort details.
Pre Trip Communication
-Please confirm your flight number and resort name at least 48 hours before your trip.

Arrival at Airport:
-Your driver will meet you at the arrivals area of Tocumen International Airport (Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 depending on your flight)

Boarding the Vehicle:
-The driver will assist with your luggage.
-Settle into your private Sedan, Yaris Cross, or similar vehicle (1–3 guests)
-Estimated driving time: 2 hours and 20 minutes, without traffic
-Enjoy air conditioning, water, and snacks provided during the trip.
Direct Transfer to Resort:
-Travel directly to your beach resort
- The transfer is direct, but short stops for restroom breaks or stretching can be made if needed.
-Enjoy a smooth, stress free journey with no unnecessary detours.
Arrival at Destination:
-The driver will help with your luggage and drop you off at the resort entrance.
-Please have your booking confirmation ready if requested.
Optional Return / Additional Services:
If requested, return transfers, extra luggage, or additional waiting time can be arranged.
