Come to discover Ibiza’s hidden culinary gems, where every bite tells a story of tradition and passion.
Taste dishes crafted from age-old recipes in the places which keep Ibiza’s food heritage alive.
Simple starters from the land and the sea, the star main course Bullit de Peix, and delicious desserts - experience an Ibicenco meal from start to finish, as it was traditionally eaten.
We will visit an artisanal bakery, a neighbourhood spot the locals swear by, a high end restaurant, and a bar that's been getting it right for decades. Ibicenco-owned, creating the flavours that have defined Ibiza for centuries.
Learn about why Ibiza´s gastronomy is so unique, as we bring alive the stories of each dish we will try.

What's Included

We will visit 4 eateries, and try 12 different types of Ibicenco foods. The amount of food is equivalent to a 3 course meal.
Each person will be provided with 1 bottle of water at the start of the tour.
We will have 4 drinks, which can be alcoholic if you choose. 2 of these are traditional drinks from Ibiza.
Additional water is not included. Note that drinking water is not free of charge in Ibiza.
