Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp one day before your service. Please provide a valid WhatsApp number while booking. For airport pickups, the driver will wait outside the arrival terminal holding a placard with the lead traveler's name. Hotel pickups are available from all hotels, guest houses, and homestays in Leh city. Please be ready at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Travelers can be dropped at any hotel, airport, or preferred location within Leh city. Additional charges may apply for destinations outside Leh.

What to expect

1. Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation voucher with our contact details. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone 24 hours before your scheduled service to reconfirm your pickup details.

2. Pickup
Your professional local driver will meet you at Leh Airport, your hotel, or any agreed pickup location in Leh. For airport pickups, the driver will wait outside the arrival terminal with a name board.

3. Journey Begins
Travel comfortably in a clean, private, air-conditioned (where available) vehicle driven by an experienced local driver. Enjoy a safe and scenic journey while your driver assists with luggage and provides local travel tips.

4. Sightseeing & Stops
If you have booked a sightseeing tour or multi-day taxi package, the driver will take you to all scheduled attractions with reasonable stops for photography, meals, and refreshments as per the itinerary.

5. Drop-off
At the end of the service, you will be dropped off safely at your hotel, Leh Airport, or any preferred location within Leh city. For multi-day services, drop-off will be provided according to your confirmed itinerary.
