The water at Starfish Beach is typically clear, warm, and only waist-deep for quite a distance, making it ideal for wading and gently observing marine life. Visitors often spot numerous red cushion sea stars scattered across the seafloor, their vivid colors standing out against the pale sand. The starfish can be picked up but must stay fully submerged in the water at all times to protect their health. Time spent here is dependent on tour length.
