Upon arrival at Sangster International Airport, please proceed through Immigration and Customs. After exiting the terminal, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name or company logo for easy identification.

Please provide your flight number and arrival time at the time of booking so we can monitor your flight for any delays.
Complimentary wait time is 60–90 minutes after landing to allow for airport processing.
If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact the number provided on your ticket for immediate assistance.
Hotel Drop-Off:
We provide direct service to Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa.
Return Transfers (Hotel Pickup):
Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
