What to expect

This exclusive 90-minute private session offers a deep dive into Japanese martial arts and medical wellness.
- Heritage Tour (15 min): Explore this grand 110-mat dojo and unique 1st-floor large roof ring while learning about this 3rd-generation history.
- Samurai Wellness (30 min): Guided by a licensed medical professional, learn the "Samurai Posture" to improve your physical alignment and core strength. This is a personalized session based on anatomical expertise.
- Judo Experience (30 min): Practice authentic "Nage-waza" (throwing techniques) safely and powerfully using professional training dummies. Feel the dynamic spirit of Judo without any risk of injury.
- Wrap-up and Photo Session (15 min): Final health advice from the master and a photo session to capture your samurai spirit in the historic facility.
