An immersive cooking class that explores the origins and secrets of arancine, a symbol of Sicilian tradition. Under Ileana’s expert guidance, guests will prepare the classic butter filling while learning from her how to make a rich meat ragù. The session includes preparing the risotto—essential for perfect arancine—as well as shaping and stuffing the golden rice balls, which will then be cooked using traditional techniques. At the end, guests will enjoy freshly fried arancine, paired with an excellent Sicilian wine, and will receive a digital recipe to take home and relive the flavors of Sicily.
