Please meet your guide at SunnyCycle Shijo (Bicycle Rental Shop), conveniently located in central Kyoto, just a short walk from Shijo Station (Karasuma Subway Line) and Karasuma Station (Hankyu Line). Your guide will be waiting outside the shop, holding a sign that reads “Kyoto Heritage Bike Tours.

1Nijo Castle
We will visit a 17th-century old Kyoto castle, where you’ll discover the legacy of Japan’s shoguns, admire traditional architecture. Nijo Castle is both a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a Japanese National Treasure.

Continue to the Kyoto Imperial Palace, the historic residence of Japan’s emperors for over 500 years, where you’ll explore expansive gardens, elegant gates, and gain insight into the country’s imperial history and traditions.

3Kinkakuji Temple
Next We will visit a 14th-century old Zen temple, iconic Golden Pavilion (Kinkaku-ji). covered in gold leaf that reflects beautifully on the surrounding pond. Once associated with the powerful shogun, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of Kyoto’s most breathtaking and photographed landmarks.

4Bamboo Forest Street
