We track the flight and adjust pickup timing for delays or early arrival. The driver’s name plus vehicle model, color, and plate number are sent 12–24 hours before pickup.
Meet and greet
After baggage claim, enter the arrivals hall. Your driver waits at the agreed meeting area with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name.
Waiting and support
60 minutes’ complimentary waiting are included from actual landing. If Wi-Fi, language, or the meeting point causes confusion, stay in the arrivals hall and contact our online support through your confirmed booking contact channel. We coordinate until you meet.
Direct resort transfer
The driver assists with luggage and takes your party directly to the confirmed hotel, villa, or resort in Sanya Bay, Dadonghai, Yalong Bay, Haitang Bay, or downtown Sanya.
