Meet your host at Emii Experience, located at Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, Lecce. Look for your host at the entrance of the venue — they will be ready to welcome you and guide you inside.
What to expect
The patented board then arrives at the table, handcrafted and arranged with regional specialties from north to south. The host walks guests through each section, explaining the origin of every product and its place within Italian culinary tradition. From alpine-style aged cheeses and cured meats of the north, through the rustic character of central Italy, to the rich Mediterranean bites of the south — every product tells a story.
Guests are encouraged to taste freely, ask questions, and take photos throughout. The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried. The experience concludes with the dessert of the day and a drink of choice. Guests are welcome to linger after the tasting.
