Meet your host at Emii Experience, located at Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, Lecce. Look for your host at the entrance of the venue — they will be ready to welcome you and guide you inside.
What to expect
The patented board arrives at the table filled with the pasta of the day — freshly prepared following authentic regional inspiration. The host introduces the recipe, explaining its regional origin and the culinary tradition behind it. It may be a ragù from Emilia-Romagna, a basil pesto from Liguria, a creamy central Italian preparation, or a Mediterranean-style sauce from the south.
Guests taste the pasta directly from the patented board, experiencing both the visual impact and the authentic depth of flavors. The host remains present throughout, answering questions and sharing stories about Italian food culture and regional traditions. The experience concludes with the dessert of the day and a drink of choice. Guests are encouraged to take photos throughout. They are welcome to stay and relax at their own pace.
