You’re in Paris. Of course you want to try a macaron. But where do you start? Ladurée? Pierre Hermé? A tiny artisan shop?

On this 2-hour tasting tour, I’ll take you through the world of Parisian macarons, from classics to unexpected flavors you probably wouldn’t discover on your own.

I’m a chef, and I’ll show you what to look for. You’ll taste, compare and learn to talk about macarons like a food critic. All tastings included.

We begin at Ladurée, the legendary Parisian macaron house. This is your benchmark. Then discover a macaron maker known as the “Picasso of macarons,” with creations such as olive oil or cucumber.

Next, enter the world of a Michelin-awarded chef. Then comes something unexpected: Korea! Try matcha, wasabi or black sesame and discover a different side of the macaron.

Last but not least: a surprise macaron. Next to Sacre Coer Cathedral. Sit down, compare your favorites and make your final judgment.
