What to expect

Learn how to make two iconic French pastries, croissants and pain au chocolat, during a 3-hour baking class at M Cook Studio in Paris. Guided by a professional chef, you will discover the essential techniques of laminated yeast dough, including mixing, rolling, folding, shaping, proofing, and baking. This hands-on class is designed for adults and teenagers and is suitable for both beginners and baking enthusiasts. All ingredients, equipment, and aprons are provided. At the end of the class, you will leave with your homemade pastries and the skills to recreate them at home.
