Set within the prestigious Van Tricht degustation rooms, with a unique view into the cheese ripening cellars, you’ll be immersed in an environment dedicated to craftsmanship and quality.
You’ll be guided through five exceptional beers, each paired with two carefully selected cheeses—creating a five-course tasting designed to highlight balance, contrast, and depth of flavour. Each pairing is thoughtfully composed, featuring beers from small artisanal breweries and cheeses supplied by Van Tricht and served in Michelin-starred restaurants.
Accompanied by artisanal bread sourced from a local bakery, every course forms part of a cohesive degustation where beer and cheese are meant to be experienced together, elevating each element through expert pairing. Led by a beer sommelier and maître fromager, you’ll also gain insight into the origin, production, and philosophy behind each selection.
Please note that some cheeses are made from raw milk. As the experience includes five beers, guests may wish to plan transportation accordingly.
