Guided Bird watching Experience with Lunch

Spend a relaxed morning discovering the wildlife of Crown Hill Park, an urban nature refuge just outside Denver. We’ll walk the park’s trails at an easy pace, stopping to look for birds and other wildlife along the way. Binoculars are provided, and no birding experience is necessary. Whether you’re a longtime birder or just looking for a good reason to get outside, this experience is designed to be fun, welcoming, and easygoing.

What we see changes with the seasons, but Crown Hill is home to a surprising variety of birdlife, from waterfowl and songbirds to raptors soaring overhead. Along the way, we’ll talk about the species we encounter, the park’s habitat, and the importance of urban green spaces for wildlife.

After our walk, we’ll head across the street to locally owned Illegal Pete’s for a burrito and a drink. Beer and non-alcoholic options are available, making it an easy way to wrap up a morning outside.

Your tour includes binoculars, guided birding, lunch, and a drink. A portion of every outing also supports local conservation and community organizations.
