What to expect
Over the course of the night, you’ll be taken on a 16-course journey across Argentina, discovering the flavors, traditions, and stories that make this country’s cuisine so unique. Expect the classics you’ve been dreaming about—like a beef tasting with different cuts prepared over the fire, or freshly baked empanadas you’ll actually learn how to fold yourself in a fun, hands-on empanada class. But also prepare to be surprised with regional specialties and creative twists that you would never expect.
The menu is carefully paired with five boutique Argentine wines, each selected to bring out the very best of every dish—from bold Malbecs to small-production whites and sparkling surprises. To round off the evening, you’ll also dive into Argentina’s sweetest traditions, from a playful alfajor-making session to a hands-on mate class, where you’ll learn how to prepare and share our national drink like a local.
