Learn to Taste Wine Like a Sommelier: Interactive Wine Tasting

Your experience begins with a warm welcome in our intimate tasting room, where you'll be introduced to the fundamentals of professional wine tasting.

Using the internationally recognized Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT), your sommelier will show you how professionals evaluate wine through appearance, aroma and palate. Together you'll taste three carefully selected Argentine wines while learning how to identify aromas, structure, acidity, tannins, body and finish with confidence.

Rather than memorizing wine facts, you'll develop practical skills that you can use at any winery, restaurant or future wine tasting.

Once you've mastered the basics, it's time for something completely different.

The experience concludes with a fun blind tasting challenge inspired by our Wine Casino. You'll put your new knowledge into practice by identifying wines using the techniques you've just learned—adding a playful and memorable finish to the workshop.
