Meeting and pickup
Pickup is included from hotels in Quito. The main meeting point is Hotel Dann Carlton Quito, located at Avenida República de El Salvador N34-377 e Irlanda, Quito 170135, Ecuador.
Travelers staying at other hotels should be ready at their hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Our guide will contact passengers the day before to confirm the exact pickup time.
Please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. If the hotel is outside the main urban area of Quito, an additional pickup fee may apply.
Our meeting point is conveniently located near the Dann Carlton Quito, close to Quicentro Shopping in Quito’s northern district. For your comfort, we offer door-to-door pickup service for guests staying in the northern area of the city.
What to expect
On the day of the tour, your driver or guide will pick you up directly from your hotel or the agreed meeting point near the Dann Carlton Quito. They will be easily identifiable and will contact you upon arrival if needed.
For groups of 1 to 4 travelers, transportation is provided in a private car for a more comfortable and personalized experience. For larger groups, transportation will be arranged in a van.
The journey from Quito to Chimborazo Volcano is a scenic drive along the Avenue of the Volcanoes, offering beautiful views of the Andes.
At the end of the experience, you will be dropped off at the original meeting point or your hotel if you are staying in the northern area of Quito.
