Meeting and pickup
*Meeting & Pickup:* We contact clients 24h before departure and assign the closest meeting point. For hotels outside the Medina, pickup is at the nearest accessible hotel on the main road. On travel day, clients get the location, vehicle photo, and driver details. Driver waits with our sign.
