The location is at Negrijeva 39 and can be easily reached on foot, by taxi, or public transport. If using GPS, simply enter Negrijeva 39 and follow the directions. Parking is available nearby for those arriving by car. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

What to expect

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with complimentary water and begin with a short guided tour of our shop featuring local Istrian products. After seating, you’ll be introduced to traditional “žgabucin” and the tasting experience begins.

Enjoy a guided tasting of 3 Istrian wines paired with 1 type of prosciutto and 2 types of cured meats. Throughout the experience, your host will explain the characteristics, origin, and perfect pairings of each product.

The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and combines storytelling, tasting, and authentic local flavors.
