Due to heavy traffic in central Munich, especially in the morning, pick-up may occasionally be delayed by up to 15 minutes.

Please be ready and waiting at the agreed pick-up time.
In Hauptbahnhof area , stopping or waiting directly in front of hotels without parking is not permitted.
For safety and legal reasons, the driver may need to stop a short distance before or after your hotel.
