We start at a local izakaya favored by office workers. Enjoy 2 alcoholic beverages and 2 authentic snacks (included!) while I explain the world of Japanese ramen. From Jiro-style with garlic mountains to rich Iekei or trendy Oil Soba, I’ll help you pick the perfect shop for your taste.

Next, we head to a local shop I recommend. I will help you navigate the ticket machine and ordering so you can enjoy your meal comfortably. I'll also share tips on local etiquette and how to eat like a regular.
